What do I get with a frame & canopy deal?
Our frame & canopy deal is designed for customers who don't require a full set of side walls. Included in the prices you see on this page is: Our strong aluminium frame, a 600D fully waterproof, flameproof, and UV resistant canopy, and our tie down kit complete with stakes and ropes.
If you do need side walls with your Instant Awning, please select one of our Package deals because these specially priced packages contain full side walls sets and roller wheel carry bags.

I don't want side walls but I do want a roller wheel carry bag - what can I do?
That is no problem at all. If you don't need a package deal that includes side walls, but you do want the same roller wheel carry bag that comes as part of those packages, you can add one to your frame & canopy order for a minimal cost.

Are Instant Awnings covered by a warranty?
All Instant Awnings come complete with a 12 month warranty on materials (roof and side wall sets) and a 24 month warranty on our Aluminium frames. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects, and should you encounter a problem we will endeavour to replace the part within 48 hours.

Do I need weighted feet or will my tie down kit be sufficient?
This is a tough question because the weather varies so much in the UK! Where weighted feet really come in handy is on hard ground, where you can't make use of the tie down ropes and stakes that are supplied with this package. On soft ground in reasonable weather there's no need for weighted feet - but if the weather turns, an extra 60kg of weight (15kg per corner) can really come in handy!
